What are the first steps to opening a video game exchange store?
My once small town is developing like crazy and more and more large companies are coming in. I think now would be a great time to open a video game trading/exchange store since there isn't one within a 30 mile radius. Could someone give me answers/advice on how to get started? I understand the basics of business management, that is not a problem, I suppose the issue would be inventory and distibutors for starters.

I need a quick answer on walmarts video game exchange policy!?
I bought a psp slim daxter pack at walmart the other day. I had some problems with it when I got it, the biggest problem is that the analog stick on it seems very loose, and the L and R buttons seem to press weird ( the dont press down and come up like d-pad buttons do). Anyways, I still have all of the papers, packaging, and accessorys that came with it. I also have the reciept. It's been 13 days since I bought it. Anyways, will they be able to take it back for an exchange??? I will appreciate any answers!!
Thanks!
