How do I stop feeling depressed about conspiracy theories? Can somebody logical debunk this or calm me down?
So I've been reading about conspiracy theories, NWO and stuff and I feel really depressed sometimes.
There seems to be 'evidence' everywhere that conspiracy theories are true. They seem so blatant and real. And whoever denies this would be called 'sheep' or 'brainwashed' or 'blinded' by the believers. I get so scared.
There also seems to be occult symbolism everywhere in the media, like on TV shows, movies, music videos, video games etc. Why are they there? Somebody rational and logical please explain to me. :/
And there's also this card game by Steve Jacksons, the cards seem to be able to predict the future, and some of the cards are really scary. Go google it, I feel so scared. :(
There's also a lot of people claiming that we are in the Last Days and that the world would end in our lifetime. That freaks me out.
Somebody please please please explain these to me and calm me down. I feel like a paranoid idiot, and I need a big slap of common sense. :/

Okay 2 months ago my mom opened me a wells Fargo bank account for me the lady told me that if I didn't have $300 dollars by April then they were gonna charge me 5 dollars I already have $400 in it I would of have more but you know I'm a teenager & I like to buy clothes, video games etc .. What are some things to talk about to become better friends with a guy? I don't to be anything more than friends so no cutesy flirty crap. I genuinly want to be his friend, but he's not really into texting and I get all awkward when we talk in person...
Don't suggesst the question game because we've played that about a million times by now and it's a little old... I've also tried talking to him about things we both like (sports, video games etc.) but nothing seems to be getting the ball turning on our convos...
I know its not because he hates me or something because he never ignores me and always waves and says hi at school lol. I'm pretty sure he trusts me (we are sort of friends... AND he gave me his fb password so I thought that was really nice :D)
